Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will function as a support staff team member whose role is mainly to design marketing collateral for our real estate agents and management, as well as oversee our brokerage social media initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will be required to design material such as feature sheets, flyers, social media covers/posts, etc.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A minimum high school education, with college level diploma in marketing preferred.
  • A minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in marketing or graphic design and ideally in the real estate or related industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Abobe suite or similar design software ?
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent organization & time management skills ?
  • Strong customer service and people skills
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Ad hoc duties as needed
