Cineplex Digital Media (CDM) is a fully integrated, in-store digital merchandising provider with well over a decade of research, development and design experience. Cineplex Digital Media, a division of Cineplex Entertainment Limited Partnership, is currently recruiting for an Account Manager within the Client Services Team. Reporting to the Group Account Director, we are looking for a professional who is armed with a sense of urgency, solid communication skills and who inspires to deliver high quality results for our clients. PS - did we say you get to watch movies for free? This position will be based at our Cineplex Digital Media office located at 489 Queen Street East in Toronto. 

The successful candidate is a collaborative and creative problem solver with 3-5 years' experience with account management, project management and team development. This role will involve leading a portfolio of Accounts, providing strong client management and relationship development with a strong focus on account growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Manages and strengthens client relationships Lead a team of direct reports to support your portfolio Manage activities for your clients to meet established revenue and margin targets Regular reporting of revenue and margin targets, input into short term forecasting Develop and maintain current knowledge of the client's business, developing expertise in their channel to best engage the client at a strategic level Regular reporting and analysis of business results with the ability to report on key insights, developing action plans to address opportunities Ensure successful day to day operations for your clients and proactively seeks resolution to client problems/concerns Manage projects independently, leveraging internal resources for best results Other duties as assignedRequirements: 3-5 yrs. experience in a similar role with account management, project management and team development University or College Degree in relevant discipline Ability to demonstrate teamwork and effective leadership skills Collaborative and creative problem solver Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstration of proficient presentation and writing skills Sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease Proactive, motivated and resourceful individual Exceptionally organized and able to prioritize quickly Knowledge of digital signage, experiential and/or digital marketing, digital media or media sales would be considered an assetInterested applicants please apply today.
