The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Digital Channels Marketing (DCM) team through: New Hire Setup, Inventory Management, BCP management, and event coordination. In addition the Marketing Coordinator will support the BUCO with regards to compliance audit and testing, development of training plans as well as department wide process optimization initiatives.
The individual will also serve as an integral member of the Digital Channels Marketing Team, responsible for administration, relationship management, communication, collateral and materials, event support, as well as secondary administration support for the VP of DCM.
o Lead new hire set up within DCM
o Ensure daily Maintenance of BCP management of the department
o Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to support department inventory.
o Support the quarterly compliance and audit testing meeting department regulatory requirements
o Support process optimization: Drafting standard work documents with the support of the D&CM digital teams, Prepare monthly process improvement reports for agile teams, monitor and track ideas within Idea Exchange ideation tool
Knowledge and Skills
o Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or related field
o Ability to work in high-pressure corporate environment
o Knowledge of the financial sector and awareness of the competition an asset
o Excellent relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across levels of seniority and business groups
o Superior time management and multi-tasking skills – must be able to manage work volumes while maintaining a high standard of executional excellence with emphasis on attention to detail Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
o Poses analytical skills – ability to identify relevant information and define root issues
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams that have diverse skills, knowledge and educational backgrounds
