Administrative Assistant

Juice is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will enhance effectiveness and efficiency by providing information management support while representing the employer to others.

Assistant Job Duties:

  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  •  Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates various Juice databases and spreadsheets as needed in support of the sales, distribution and accounting teams
  • Pre-screen inquiries in support of securing new customers interested in Juice's services
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
  • Compile marketing or promotional decks as needed
  • Curate engaging social media post ideas and write copy, devise engagement strategies to boost company visibility
  • Develop and schedule monthly social media content calendars for leading social media platforms 
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
