Jr. Graphic Designer

Function: Responsible for the daily Graphic Design projects at Frameworth Sports Marketing.

Responsibilities :

  • Creating designs for product images, product packaging, multimedia presentations, on-line content and for other platforms.
  • Working with internal or external clients to clarify requirements, and then converting stated requirements into proofs for review and approval.
  • Ensuring that all graphics created include the appropriate trademarks, logos or other licensing marks as may be required by clients, Licensors, etc.
  • Handle print production (in house or out-sourced) to meet daily production requirements.
  • General administrative tasks such as proper filing of digital records and images.
  • Other graphics and image work as required, including occasional photography.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of college/university/vocational or technical training in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with the following Software Applications: PC and Mac based applications; Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Microsoft Office. CorelDraw not required but helpful.
  • Photography Skills. Able to take portrait style photos at on and off-site events. Will require a vehicle to travel to and from events (locally in GTA).
  • Prior work experience is not specifically required for this position, but creative ability and artistic talent, as demonstrated through a portfolio of work will be required.
  • Other required skills include: strong written and oral communication, ability to problem solve, working with others, ability to self-plan and motivate. Must be able to read/write English. French a definite asset.
