Account Coordinator

Juice Worldwide, an international post-services lab and distribution company, is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team. The role will focus on the digital supply chain coordination of key accounts to ensure client needs are met while managing studio relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities with existing clients.

Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, and a high attention to detail.  They will also suggest forward-thinking ideas to improve processes while maintaining a great client experience by building successful long-term relationships. The Account Coordinator loves to work with people and is a highly motivated individual intent on solving problems as they arise while supporting the Client Services team as a communicator, planner and organizer.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Coordinators to ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate with clients to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customers 
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with new platform launches and new technologies
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding project status and keep managers informed of project direction and negotiate re-direction as necessary
  • Assign and track materials and timelines using internal project management tools
  • Lead projects with minimal supervision from senior management
  • Review project status for integrity, accuracy & timeliness
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project teams, technicians and subcontractors

  • Ability to work well with large and diverse teams - including both internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and exercise judgment in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); able to communicate verbally and in one on one or group situations, or over the telephone.  Ability to communicate in writing by composing clear documents
  • Ability to organize workflow in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframes; ability to tap into available resources, show attention to details; keep accurate records
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mac OS are an asset
