-          Daily communication with venues across the country to hold, release, challenge dates, and keep accurate records

-          Track and pay all venue and deposits are paid on a timely manner

-          Ensure all venues and productions have necessary insurance certificates

-          Reconcile/Audit all shows and venue settlements, payments, and box office statements to ensure for accuracy

-          Bank reconciliations, tracking of daily deposits/withdrawals, initiating wires, and preparation of all statements to ensure every transaction has proper backup

-          Track all ticket revenue and rebates

-          Create and update profit & loss statements and various show reports as needed

-          Adhere to strict deadlines, prepare GST/HST, WSIB, EHT filings, and year end reconciliations

-          Track and prepare all Non-Resident T4’s

-          AR/AP, daily approval, coding and payment of all invoices for Canada operations

-          Invoice, collect and ensure that all sponsorship money is received by their contractual due dates

-          Retrieving accurate bank/ wire account information from Producers to ensure funds are wired, and received on time. Including guarantees, royalties, overages, and any discrepancies after the show has closed out.

-          Tracking tax waivers for show settlements, ensure all necessary taxes are withheld and remitted to adhere to Government tax laws

-          Preparation and completion of all show files

-          Prepare all immigration letters for incoming companies

-          Filing and reporting shows with the Broadway League

-          General office Administrative Duties
