Production Coordinator and Office Manager

Out There Productions ( requires the right candidate to assist our production team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the activities of story producers, editors and other personnel throughout the production process
  • Coordinate the schedule and daily tasking of the production office, edit suites and shoots
  • Help source props, locations and other production requirements
  • Manage and archive all paperwork, videos and related scripts and music for the show.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing pays, schedules, call sheets, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Manage content library system. This includes the input of new videos as well as maintaining and updating the status of existing videos
  • Related duties as determined by the Executive Producer and the Production Manager

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong writing and communications skills
  • Must work well in fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Windows, Microsoft Office proficient, Excel in particular
  • Excellent phone and email manner


  • Be a strong team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit and big ideas.
  • Be thorough and show a strong attention to detail.
  • Be willing to work outside of normal hours, including occasional weekends.
  • Be a proactive problem solver – or better yet, identify potential problems before they strike

Required license or certification:

  • G Class Driver's Licence
