NFA is currently looking for a highly experienced Executive as Head of Media to launch and grow the NFA media practice across North America. You will be responsible for designing the strategic direction of media, building the team, and creating and executing the vision for success in media.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of media leadership in an Executive level across both Canada and international markets working across large scale complex clients. You will need to have both digital specialist and integrated media agency experience, and have the experience of starting up and growing a media operation from scratch.
Develop high quality business strategies to grow the media practice, ensuring alignment with NFA wider objectives
Hire, coach and develop a high performing media team
Champion and encourage integration between all teams in NFA to support the delivery of market leading work
Oversee all media operations to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall NFA strategy and mission
Make collaborative, high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
Develop and sell through sophisticated media solutions to Clients ?
Drive and convert new business opportunities ?
Ensure client strategies and roadmaps are agreed, implemented & analysed and delivered to schedule
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Create & execute the strategy to enable the development of NFA media into the US
University level Degree qualification
10-15 years’ experience in media leadership at an Executive level, with a proven track record of growth
integrated media experience in the Canadian media market and international media market
proven senior digital leadership experience
proven ability to start up a media agency, and scale it successfully
Entrepreneurial, self-starter mind-set
Fluent English speaker
Ability to invoke trust & credibility in the media sector
Ability to make decisions and act independently
Excellent high level, Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
$250,000 per annum
Benefits: Eligible for bonuses and/or salary increases in accordance with company policy. Eligible to be enrolled in our Benefits plan upon commencement of employment. The premiums of this plan are 100% paid by NFA, with a maximum spending account in the amount of $2500 annually, paid by way of lump sum.
