What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responding to Facebook and Twitter posts and comments where CIBC and Simplii Financial are tagged or mentioned trying to find a solution for potential and existing clients. As a Social Media Specialist you will also monitor ratings platforms (iTunes App Store & Google Play App Store) and engage with clients who comment on the CIBC and Simplii Financial mobile applications. You will also be responding to client emails and partnering with multiple lines of businesses to find a solution for our clients inquiries.

  • Being the voice - Capturing the voice and tone of CIBC and Simplii Financial in the social media space
  • Solution-oriented - Collaborating with business partners to find solutions for clients in a fast and efficient manner
  • Quality - Providing accurate and up to date information on products and services offered by CIBC and Simplii Financial while upholding excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Innovative teamwork - Working within your functional team to think outside of the box to achieve common goals
