Marketing Coordinator

We specialize in marketing and consulting in Metro Vancouver. We are looking to hire an administration assistant.

Job Description

-Attend meetings and taking detailed minutes

-Organize schedules for team members

-Creating marketing packages, updating social media and website periodically

-Creating various written documents

-Drafting and reviewing contracts

Candidates need to be:

-Proficient in Office

-Fluent in English

-Excellent Oral Communication Skills

-Excellent Writing Skills

-Emotionally Mature and tough

-Strong willed

-Eager to work extended hours on weekdays and weekends by generating own tasks/pursuits

-Energetic and positive

-People skills

-In-design/Photoshop

-Photography/ VideoGraphy will be an add-on

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior work experience in sales/tech/marketing/event planning preferred. Must be able to legally work in Canada.

Job Type: Part-time 8-12hr/ week with potentially full time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Language:

  • Chinese (Preferred)
