Marketing Administrative Assistant

TSG Essentials Marketing and Promotions Inc is a small business with big results. As a provider of promotional products to local and national companies we operate in a highly competitive market and must find creative and engaging ways to stay “top of the mind” with our clients. Responsibilities

  • Creating and updating e-stores using templated software, for local and national clients
  • Creating marketing material and e-flyers
  • Creating and managing social media accounts
  • Assisting and supporting Sales Manager when required
  • Data Entry when required
  • Assisting and attending annual national tradeshows

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited Graphic Design Program or undergraduate degree or diploma in marketing, business, public relations, or communications.
  • Print and web design experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Web, Social Media applications
  • Knowledge of important design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) WordPress would be an asset and with the ability to work in a PC environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable answering phone and communicating via email in a professional manner.
  • Team player, must be willing to jump in and assist with tasks when needed
  • Personal cell phone and laptop are required
  • Bilingual in French an asset but not required

Job type: Part time may lead to full time

Salary : $15.00-$16.00/ hr

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
