Marketing Coordinator

Work with Marketing manager to develop programs, projects and tools that adhere to the budget and contribute to the marketing team effort to maximize budgeted dollars. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation of marketing promotions and support material for the TOG, Langer, PedAlign & OAG brands, based on input from Sales & Marketing Managers.

Duties and responsibilities
Website content management
  • Update marketing content on TOG & Langer Web Pages via CRM
  • Post internal and external event communications
  • Pricing updates on GP
  • Maintain and add new Footwear selection on TOG website
  • Assist with the entire tradeshow process: booth space booking to sales coverage to lead delegation activities
  • In collaboration with the sales team, develop tradeshow marketing material list based on the type of attendees and focus of the conference
  • Work with marketing assistant when required to assure the materials are picked, packed and shipped on time for the event.
  • Track all marketing initiatives and create weekly/monthly reports
  • Tracking business development efforts and costs
  • GL assignment of expenses as needed
  • Assist in preparation of Annual budget
  • Create additional reports as needed
Marketing Material
  • Create and update marketing material
  • Leverage/develop the portfolio of marketing tools and services
  • Build/update internal and external communication templates
  • Book advertising space and create timelines for creative development
  • Provide input on designs that identify and create interest in the product
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate the development and production of promotional materials and presentations
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales and Customer Service departments to execute strategy and tactics
  • Implement/manage marketing procedures and processes, evaluate existing practice and opportunities for standardization
  • Monthly statement insert program
  • Provide assistance in managing vendors and suppliers
  • Manage promotions & Giveaways
  • Periodically participate/deliver content during local medical education events
  • Assist OHI Event Coordinator with the coordination of events including conferences, seminars, dinners, and training

  • University degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing required
  • 2-3 years of direct work experience in a marketing assistant/coordinator capacity
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand management
  • Basic graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics in presentation materials
  • Highly effective prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Superb writing, content development and editing skills

Working conditions
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations if applicable
  • Overtime as required

Physical requirements
  • Lifting or moving up to 20lbs may be required
