Insolvency Marketing and Communications Consultant
An insolvency firm in North York is hiring an Insolvency Marketing and Communications Consultant with selling capability and industry knowledge. Marketing and Communications Consultant’s secondary responsibility will be to support the supervisor in managing the staff with respect to scheduling, responding to technical questions and some coaching.
Schedule appointment with the Debt Solutions Managers. This will involve some high-level screening to ensure that the service offerings fit the client’s needs, while selling the benefits of the services and dealing empathetically with the client.
Support the supervisor by scheduling and organizing shift patterns for other team members to ensure that clients are always taken care of.
Understand all organizations’ services, procedures and guidelines and communicate them to all team members.
Keep track of attendance, daily statistics, paid time off, sick time etc.
Answer team member questions where appropriate or where you are unable to deal with specific questions, you will refer these situations to the supervisor
Promote strong working relationship with team members to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
Perform administration tasks as assigned, i.e., call-backs to confirm upcoming appointments, rescheduling appointments, communicating with the client via email (etc.) and delegating where deemed necessary
Provide prompt response and solutions for the satisfaction for clients by monitoring the questions and tacking inbound calls
Develop, maintain and apply the learned knowledge of our specialized industry
Keep team members aware of inbound call, call waiting, abandonment rate etc. and encourage them through positive communication and feedback
Communicate via email and text to potential clients
Achieving of company and team goals.
Experience working in the Insolvency industry
Experience in managing a small team (an asset but not required)

Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
