Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a flexible and versatile marketing coordinator who is passionate about social impact, data analytics and consumer insights and who can successfully reconcile the advantages of social media and web presence. This person will be responsible for coordinating all marketing day-to-day needs for BMW MINI Laval.


  • Work in conjunction with other departments in order to develop and write content for all social media platforms
  • Coordinate the creation of visuals with web graphic designers for all communication platforms
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. Coordinate and implement all updates to the websites;
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals


  • Bachelor in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Superior knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Knowledge of photography
  • Knowledge of web design
  • Knowledge of automotive is an asset
  • Perfect bilingualism - spoken and written
  • Successful social and digital media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Great sense of organization, customer relations, management of priorities, ability to work on various projects at the same time and meeting deadlines
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
