The Video Account Manager is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for agencies, brands, film studios and production houses for the management and distribution of audio, video and web advertising content.

The Account Manager will work to curate and grow the ER / Customer relationship, assist the customer with existing work and identify new business opportunities that may be available. The Account Manager will work with internal departments (operations, sales, etc.) to help support their customers as needed.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and reactive customer communications in regards to tools training, order status updates, new product release functionality, and technical issue resolution, including appropriately setting and meeting client expectations
  • Develop and maintain positive collaborative internal working relationships with teams throughout the organization including Sales, Product Development, Tech Support, Marketing
  • Actively keep abreast of Extreme Reach products, services, value proposition, and the competitive landscape
  • May provide rotating on-call support for after-hours client emergencies
  • Escalate technical issues/bugs to engineering as needed
  • Participate in special projects or other duties as assigned by manager

Hire-In Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1-2 years of experience within the Video Advertising ecosystem
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume work environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
  • Ability to take initiative while working independently or collaborating with a team
