HTML5 Geolocation:
Using built in browser technology, you can allow us access to your current location. This will attempt to get an accurate reading based on GPS availability.
GPS:
If you grant the browser permission and geolocation data is acquired successfully, your position (latitude and longitude) is saved to the browser and displayed on the map below.
Cellular Network with GPS:
Different devices have different degrees of accuracy. If you are accessing this site on a phone or tablet that has a GPS unit inside (and switched on) it is usually accurate within 3 meters. A phone or tablet without a GPS unit (or switched off), or at a location that can’t contact the GPS satellites, it may use cell tower triangulation to estimate your location, and is typically accurate enough to know what neighbourhood you're in (~3000 metres).
WiFi / LAN Network:
If you are accessing this site from a computer connected to WiFi or a land-based broadband connection, it can usually pinpoint a local address relative to your nearest ISP access point. Depending on how close you are to this location, it may be accurate enough for you to get a general idea as a starting point for your search. Alternatively you can simply enter an address if this method is not accurate enough.
